The Oregon coast is well known for its dozens of natural attractions. There are so many beautiful places to choose from that it can be hard to decide where to stay. Bandon, Oregon is a town packed with old-school charm and modern entertainment. North of Brookings and South of Astoria itā€™s a perfect middle ground to travel to attractions like Thorā€™s Well and the famous Sea Lion Caves. Every summer this town goes from a small population of 3,000 residents to more than twice its size at 13,000 people, and after just one visit youā€™ll see why.

What to do:

Oregon can boast that it has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. All of the beaches in Bandon are public. The trail at Face Rock State Scenic Viewpoint leads you down a winding path, full of natural rock formations. If you want a quiet relaxing stay, visiting off-season has its perks but during peak season there are lots of activities to be enjoyed such as horse riding and jet boating.

One of its most exceptional spectacles is Circles In The Sand. On select dates in April through August watch dozens of artists collaborate to create geometric landscapes directly onto the sand.
